Supportive, engaging, teamwork, opportunities for advancement. My experience so far has been that management is approachable and ideas/thoughts are accepted from everyone within the organization. Even though we have people located all over the country, Trellis truly feels like one team working towards the same goal - which is doing was is best for our patients. Communication is ongoing and employees are kept updated on what is going on within the business and what new ventures are coming.
