      Pros

      Family like atmosphere amongst employees due to being a smaller company. Always plenty of work during the warmer months if you like overtime.

      Cons

      Work / life balance is nonexistent, 12-14 hr days normal, 16hr days are not uncommon so time for family or activity outside work is missed. Having a start time change daily. You may start 4am one morning and 10am the next. No consistency.

      Pros

      There is something always going wrong they wont pay and they dont like getting told no they fired me for standing up for my self so to work for these people I wont they wont give u a chance

      People go behind your back and burn u this job is not a good job yard is a reck and the cory mike Skittles and Kyle are always trying to find a way so we dont get raises there are plenty of workers that are very under payed so to work for these guys I wont
