      Pros

      Good training ground for new graduates. Lots of training and learning activities (self-paced) that will be helpful in employee next company. People are friendly. Culture is OK too.

      Cons

      Salary is lower compared to the current IT/Cybersecurity market. HR is not great, People managers are mostly great and help out employees.

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
