Working from home is the only bonus.
Cons
Management is clueless, there is clear harassment physical & verbal and HR turns a blind eye. There is no development and sales are completely based on favoritism. Deals and accounts are all given to lower-tiered reps. If you are in sales, look elsewhere. The new comp plan is filled with unrealistic expectations and it is clear that they do not care about employees.
