Cons
Rather than update systems or reinvest capital into creating a fully functional, modern company, Trend chooses to over-promise and under-deliver on a consistent basis. And, as a result, there is a tremendous turnover of highly unsatisfied customers. But rather than using these losses as a wake-up call to consult with the lower level employees or outside consultants, they simply fire as many people as they have to to stay profitable. They have no understanding that the only reason the company continues to exist is the hard work of employees fighting the twin headwinds of mismanagement and low morale.
