      Pros

      Incredible people around every corner. I could not have appreciated all of my coworkers/upper management more. Everyone was always willing to help whenever and wherever needed!

      Cons

      When I first began working at TrendSource, upper management went through a period of reshuffling so the chain of communication/training was a bit difficult at times but that has mostly been fixed and continues to improve every day.
