Work culture was very good

Lack of structure and aligned strategy

Some great people. I was blessed to have some of the normal people who were qualified on my team and loved working with them. It was also somewhat of a chill environment.... at times.

The upper management is a MESS. It's been a revolving door for leeches to come in and steal the investors money. The current CEO is definitely there to carry out his own agenda. Money has been misappropriated to pay for lavish trips and other unnecessary items instead of going towards the larger picture. Employees never got any raises and were constantly promised things then told we were out of money. If you try to fight for the company, then you will get fired. Only those who are agreeable and passive can survive in this fraudster scam artist pool of management.
