5yWe dispute the claims made against our CEO in this review. As a minority owned business, we take comments about diversity very seriously. Our leadership team is 90% women. We have a hiring track record of inclusion regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin, and sex. We respectfully disagree with the posted opinion that our company is anything less than inclusive and supportive of our highly diverse team.
We agree our technology and systems have not progressed as fast as our considerable growth, especially this year. We’ve made big improvements recently with investments in new systems and upgrades, including our soon to launch PLM and SIA systems. We’ve also grown our talent base in key departments. That gloomy and outdated office you mention (and we agree), is in the process of a refresh! Even our strong Core Values are getting a fresh look with new and memorable language. We’re evolving and open to change which is evident throughout our company. Additionally, we are laser focused on bringing best in class products to market using best practices, processes and technology.
Most importantly our number one goal is taking care of our customers, employees, communities, and those we work with internally and externally. Now is a great time to be a member of our team.
