      Pros

      Christmas Bonus Small patient load The Director of Nursing appeared to care about her nurses. She attempted to give us good along with the inevitable... Alot of nurses went to school and graduated so they were supportive of education.

      Cons

      When the economy took a turn for the worse, so did many of the employee incentives, but I'm sure that was all over.

      Pros

      Wonderful community with amazing residents. You can form great relationships with them and feel like you are making a difference. If you are on management's good side it can really work in your favor.

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt, with terrible communication in all departments and decisions made out of protecting some and screwing over others for personal reasons. Departments are completely political when it comes to working together.
