      Pros

      Wonderful staff and positive environment to work in. Residents are very appreciative which is a nice plus. If you do a good job and work hard managers let you have your space and trust you with more responsibility.

      The communication between departments could be better.

      Pros

      Wonderful community with amazing residents. You can form great relationships with them and feel like you are making a difference. If you are on management's good side it can really work in your favor.

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt, with terrible communication in all departments and decisions made out of protecting some and screwing over others for personal reasons. Departments are completely political when it comes to working together.
