Loved my immediate management, admin SUCKS though.

Not nearly enough PTO (2 weeks a year), not great health benefits, sometimes overwhelming caseloads, You will never get a raise unless you stay there for 10 years, admin/leadership/CEO could not care less

Ok benefits for health and dental

Must be personal friends with leadership to be treated well
