The most collaborative environment I have worked in! The management group has the best intentions that far extend the office walls to our Drivers and Owners. Tri-State strives to provide a positive work environment and experience for all. We value every Driver and Owner and are focused on understanding the obstacles of the industry so that we can work to overcome them. Is this industry tough? You bet.....but Tri-State is up for challenge and I am glad that I am along for the ride.
Cons
At this time, there are no cons to working at Tri-State.
Quite work space. The lights usually turn on when you flick the switch. Friendly(although stressed and overworked) employees.
Cons
Quite because the building is a ghost town. Poor, unorganized management. Keep an eye on your commission as they’ll withhold. The enthusiasm is all false, get any employee not in management alone and they all say they hate it there. Very little “new people” because they all leave quick. The current dispatchers have all been there for years and years because they feel like it’s too late to change. There’s a reason the whole sales team left and that the dispatchers have such a low moral. Also pay is weak as are benefits. Don’t apply here thinking it will be any more than just enough to survive.
