Strict, Pointless protocol laden busy work - Sales Admin Tri Tower Telecom Employee Review

Barely organized warehouse, no true ticketing system, archaic paperwork methods. Tons of both busy work and wasted paper. Open plan office - expect to be shouting across the room to make friends or else HR will corner you to "smile more". Extremely strict on punctuality to the point of it being ridiculous - it's a 20 person company with the methods of an overstuffed 300 person behemoth. Likely due to head of office being old school corporate - 5 minutes late is the death of the business etc.
