- The company has a vision of taking both the company and their employees to the next level. - The management team is very ambitious and which allows me to demonstrate my knowledge and skills. The ambition also challenged me into working on new areas. They are very willing to listen to my suggestions and past experiences on how to improve the current processes. They also provide me with autonomy in the implementation of my suggestions. - Throughout my time here, I had seen improvements through the implementation of my ideas and also of my other colleagues. This resulted in improved efficiencies which made work days more fruitful. - The working environment is very friendly, respectful and enjoyable. They definitely have a good work-life/fun balance as it does have amenties that create a fun environment which is refreshing to see as the work days can get quite intense. So a little space to lighten the mood is appreciated.

- The work can be technical and challenging which makes some days a lot tougher. However, this is a great learning opportunity as I am constantly learning new things everyday. Plus the support I receive from my colleagues both senior and juniors make it a lot easier.
