Great Benefits, Fights to get you the best possible salary, recruiters stay in constant contact.

Cons

As with any staffing/contractor at the mercy of who utilizes them for staffing.

Pros

They do care about their contractors and try to match to the most fitting positions.

Cons

The company holding the contract can terminate the contract leaving the employee without any employment. The agency ultimately can't represent the employee until the company makes a decision on contract extension/terms.
