inadequate training- you will learn only by your mistakes. management doesn't and won't listen. management at UNMH is extremely poor and this stems from poor direction at the top position and is run with a dictatorship/I know everything mentality. no one is happy at the core lab and this can be seen with poor attitudes and no smiles. HR loses documents and will not listen to employees and always gives them run around. Phlebotimists do not get paid enough. sexual harrassment is not taken seriously.
