Pros
No pros to working here.
Cons
-There's no real training structure in place for people to actually learn, so they end up just doing what the owners tell them to, which isn't usually the right thing. -The owner says that the employees should work the same amount as him, even though they don't have any stake in the company and the pay isn't great. -The owner doesn't put the client first and only cares about making profit for himself. -Everything can change in the blink of an eye. They'll switch the teams and processes around multiple times a year, but then wonder why employees are struggling. -They'll make you sign an agreement saying they can monitor every single thing you do, including accessing your camera on your laptop and searching your bags at any moment. -The micromanaging is to the point that it's demeaning.
