This company values great service and values its employees. Managers are still actively involved in field work and work.

Can’t think of anything I would consider negative. Like every company there are always small issues that come up to deal and work through, managers have an open door policy, so even when stuff comes up, it’s dealt quickly.

They most times do have steady work. The tech's will teach you alot. Amd the GM will make sire sure everyone gets equal hours.

Hard to move if you are doing RT and want to move to UT. Winters are sometimes slow but that is the nature of the work.
