Triad has a lot of flexibility. Being a consulting firm there is plenty of oppertunity to take your kids to the doctor, etc. and make up the time later. The staff here is diverse in education, background, experience, etc.. Several fields of consulting services allows for learning in fields other that the one you currently are working in.
