Pros
I can't even begin to list everything I love about Triad as an employee but will do my best. I have worked for this company for over 10 years and have appreciated every day of it. Ever since I started with Triad in 2012, I have been treated with the upmost respect, fairness, and integrity. Since day one, I have been welcomed into a work environment that feels more like family that just a job. A company is only as good as its people and Triad the best. I am greatlful to have had Linda Pearson as my first boss and mentor when I first started with the company. She not only taught me how to succeed in my role, but instilled in me the understanding of our company's overall values and goals. They are true to this day. The leadership at Triad under the direction of our CEO, Lance Hull, is second to none. Not only does Triad provide an amazing culture for growth, but they invest in their employees’ development by consistently offering opportunities for advancement from within. Lance and the Management team set high expectations for their employees, but I wouldn’t prefer it any other way as my own professional success is very much reliant on our company’s success. They also have a great appreciation for their employees’ experience and never hesitate to listen and implement changes based on insightful suggestions. If you are looking for a great place to work with fair pay, a great healthy work environment, and an amazing family-oriented workplace, then Triad is the place for you.
