The only good thing is that there are sweet and kind people who work here and they will keep you sane, and the insurance packages are excellent.
Cons
Poor/no work-life balance, abusive owners (verbal/psychological), only one client they build for 99% of the time, PTO can be taken but they will contact you day and night expecting you to be working during your vacation time, and there is no training. Even the interns don't get any real training.
