      The management team is solid and experienced. Great place if you want to immerse yourself and really learn how to do primary research

      Cons

      You have to be able to work alone a lot and you cant be afraid to call up steangers and start a conversation. Lots of travel too

      Pros

      Small team, really collaborative. Only worked on a couple of things at a time which was a nice change. Learned new techniques and got to travel.

      Cons

      Sometimes intense deadlines and expectations were not clearly vocallised ahead of time.

      Can get very busy at times, multiple deadlines - but overall you see it coming and can load balance
