Pros
The knowledge sharing culture is there in a daily basis. People are very humble and willing to learn and share. Projects provide the opportunity to interact with engineers from different countries. Flexible hours and a flat hierarchy is awesome.
Cons
There is no local HR since the company is part of a group headed in Sao Paulo, the HR stays there. Institutional communication with employees is poor.
