Pros

CEO is great at Real Ready pep-talks but after the show, nothing changes.

Cons

The company mission and benefits are not what they seem... unlimited FTO/benefits sound great but in the end, you have no accrued time so unless it's approved, you are out. Benefits start when you start and end when you leave. If you are applying for a job, and they are extremely quick to hire, ask the questions as to why. My personal experience with witnessing the turnover rate wasn't so much a staffing issue as it was a direct manager issue. A breakdown of which you should not expect HR or C-Suite execs to acknowledge. Do expect slander and finger-pointing of past associates, antiquated, tedious processes and inconsistency in how each employee is treated, as it is not equal. There has been complete turnover in less than twelve months along with a consistent revolving door prior to my employment. Don't bother believing there is an open-door policy, HR protects disfunction and senior management ignores problems which lead to inconsistencies between departments, processes, and inter-departmental communication. Layoffs and firing are in full force. The industry platform has changed. There is an influx in acquisitions and failed success of those that were unable to make the necessary changes to adapt to said acquisitions - Google it. Do your homework and take these reviews to heart. Now is not the time to leave a job to start a new one with this company. You will be gravely disappointed.

Pros

Modern Workspace: The office is a well-designed, professional environment that is genuinely pleasant to work in. Convenient Amenities: The company provides excellent coffee and solid return-to-office (RTO) benefits, which contribute to a more comfortable daily experience.

Cons

High Turnover/Churn: The culture leans heavily toward a "sink or swim" mentality. Many new hires struggle to make it past the initial training period, which suggests the onboarding process does not adequately prepare staff for the realities of the role. Unrealistic Expectations: Healthcare recruiting is widely recognized as an incredibly demanding sales environment, but here, the pressure is compounded by systemic issues. Staff have consistently missed goals for multiple consecutive weeks, which seems to reflect a misalignment between company quotas and the actual support/training provided to recruiters. Mass Hiring Strategy: The company recently conducted mass layoffs in late 2025 and is now aggressively backfilling positions. Potential applicants should be aware that this hiring surge often indicates an unstable internal environment rather than healthy growth.
