Pros

I worked with Triage after they absorbed Talemed a few years ago up until recently. I had a recruiter from Talemed that at first was great, and then eventually turned out to be very hard to work with. He wound up quitting, and I got placed with a new recruiter. Rob was so great to work with. Kind and very responsive and helpful. I plan to go back to Triage and use him as my recruiter again. I can't say enough good things about him. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with my previous recruiter. I also appreciate that Triage consistently has the highest rates, and are willing to match rates if I find out that someone from another company is at a higher rate than mine. They have good health insurance as well.

Cons

I wish they would provide an option for short term disability. The company I used to work for provided that. I wound up getting into an accident and was not able to work for for awhile and it would have been nice to be covered.

Pros

Modern Workspace: The office is a well-designed, professional environment that is genuinely pleasant to work in. Convenient Amenities: The company provides excellent coffee and solid return-to-office (RTO) benefits, which contribute to a more comfortable daily experience.

Cons

High Turnover/Churn: The culture leans heavily toward a "sink or swim" mentality. Many new hires struggle to make it past the initial training period, which suggests the onboarding process does not adequately prepare staff for the realities of the role. Unrealistic Expectations: Healthcare recruiting is widely recognized as an incredibly demanding sales environment, but here, the pressure is compounded by systemic issues. Staff have consistently missed goals for multiple consecutive weeks, which seems to reflect a misalignment between company quotas and the actual support/training provided to recruiters. Mass Hiring Strategy: The company recently conducted mass layoffs in late 2025 and is now aggressively backfilling positions. Potential applicants should be aware that this hiring surge often indicates an unstable internal environment rather than healthy growth.
