There is a great sense of camaraderie among the very impressive employees at this company. When the work piles up, everyone pitches in to get the job done and no one is left with too much to handle. Plus, there is never competition among the employees which I always appreciated. The company is small so your work gets a lot of attention, meaning a lot of opportunity for feedback and development. I learned an incredible amount and developed a lot of professional skills throughout my experience here.
