Okay place to work - Research Associate Trial Partners Employee Review

Stressful work environment, no work life balance. The owner of the company makes the job more stressful by providing unrealistic expectations, she starts drama, gossips, she’s an elitist and tells other employees not to speak to people who are in lower positions. She hires her friends throughout the years but then hates when other employees are friends outside of work. Sad because she’s an extremely hard worker and respected in her field but as a boss, not so much.
