Pros
Service to clients is high quality. Provides lots of experience for new employees. New employees entrusted with meaningful tasks and given a lot of responsibility - albeit sometimes before they are ready. Training is largely sink or swim. Salary and benefits are average to above-average for the industry, but the extraordinary demands and hours make it hardly worthwhile.
Cons
Management is demeaning, abusive, and vindictive. One need only to look at the extreme turnover at this firm to know that something is very very wrong. Criticism is not constructive; it's sarcastic, personal, and demoralizing. Owners treat all employees like children. They are elitist and give no credit to the team that supports their work. Employees are expected to answer emails at all hours of the evening and weekends, and drop plans without notice. That happens sometimes in this industry, but way too often here, and no thanks or appreciation is given for these sacrifices. Pay is decent, but for the amount of hours worked, far less per hour than any other company. As an employee, you will earn pennies compared to the amount of money you will make for the owners. Management will flaunt $100,000 jewelry while employees can barely pay their rent in LA. Most importantly, they want to remain the stars of the company and do not encourage employee growth or development. NOT worth it. Better to look elsewhere. (Note: the person who wrote the positive review for this firm was asked by management to write it - demonstrates how manipulative management can be)
