Good people within the company. Company size large enough to chase large projects but small enough that you can know everyone within the company.
Cons
Pay increases have been lacking compared to inflation rate and increases in experience and responsibilities. Superintendents and field staff sometimes required to travel 1.5+ hours each way for work for extended periods of time.
