The Director and Assistant Director are easy to work with. They're very accommodating and helpful.

You get a decent amount of paid days off a year.
It's nice teaching people and seeing them grow and evolve. Having your students not only meet, but exceed your expectations is very rewarding.

I honestly don't have any cons other than it would be nice if the pay was a little higher.
