Pros

My time as tech lead here has been solid honestly. I get real exposure to cloud transformation work using Concierto platform rather than just routine tasks. The projects involve enterprise clients across different industries which provides diverse learning. I learned to handle technical challenges independently and work with AWS and Azure platforms daily. The platform-led approach makes delivery faster compared to traditional methods which clients appreciate. Company's focus on Services as Software transformation makes work more interesting. Got decent increment which reflects work complexity. Leadership shares updates transparently in town halls.

Cons

I found that during peak project phases workload can get intense specially when multiple deliverables converge. For me balancing competing priorities sometimes required working extra hours which affected work life balance temporarily. In my team coordinating across different groups occasionally added delays to timelines.

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
