      - A true people-first company -More than fair pay - Incredible learning and development opportunities - It's all working from home, which adds a lot of flexibility - An awesome team of people who support you and help you succeed

      Cons

      - I can't think of any, but if you're a person that prefers working in an office environment, this might not be for you.

      Pros

      - outstanding CEO who is an amazing leader and instilling the happy culture - flexible - fully remote with occasional face-to-face meetings - actively encourage positive work/life balance - genuine - positive culture - no blame culture - invite you to be curious and try new things - EVERYONE is lovely - excellent team spirit - perks like day off on your birthday/mental health day/present on your birthday

      Cons

      - salaries are lower BUT considering their focus on work / life balance (fine to pop out and walk the dog or pick up the kids from school) it could save a family £10k in commuting and childcare costs
