Pros
Anyone can get a job here very easily through walk ins, joining here is a waste of time. They say that you will be given an experience certificate of 6 months but the training they give is of 45 days and that to 1 hr each day. They also give lots of holidays, it's more like a training institute. Their training is also not good, they just teach some basics of Java that's it, that to not complete only specifics. And all this is not free, they take around 2000 rs from you. In this way they conduct several batches in a day where they only teach the basics. They conduct walkins everyday.
Cons
They don't give you salary, even they don't give a proper offer letter. The company atmosphere is not a sincere one. They take a test after 45 days and if you qualify then you are in otherwise you have wasted your 45 days, you are fired. Most of the candidates leave the company before completion of 45 days because they realise that it's a waste of time to be here, if you don't believe me then join the firm.
