Pros
I have been working with this company for more than 5 yrs. It has amazing work culture. It has given me lots of opportunities to grow and explore both professionally and as an individual. It also provides enough prospects for overall development of the individual. Company ensures the work life balance and take good care of its employees.
Cons
In order to meet required deadlines at times the employees are required to work for extended hours but in my opinion this is not a con.
