The pay is exactly what’s is required to live locally.
Cons
Micromanaged to the max. Expectations are unrealistic. The “close knit” style, essentially means both Management and returning staff harshly criticize, ostracize and gossip during service, blatantly in ear shot of new hires (subjects of said humiliations) until most of them break.
