Management is strict, all over the place, and the hours are not sustainable

It's a good place for an internship, a small controlled hotel with unique theme and attraction, many opportunities to interact with foreigners.

The scope might be too small, a good place to start slow but then you might want to take a bigger challenge at bigger hotel.
