Pros

They can pay you well at the cost of your mental peace.

Cons

The work culture in this team is extremely toxic, primarily due to poor leadership and lack of structure. There is very little alignment in the way work is managed, and instead of focusing on deliverables, the environment is dominated by blame games and unhealthy corporate politics. Processes are not followed properly, which creates a lot of confusion and forces team members to work multiple times harder than required just to meet their tasks. The lack of clarity and direction makes day-to-day work unnecessarily stressful and inefficient. While I cannot speak for the overall company culture, I can say with confidence that within this particular team, leadership issues have been the root cause of most problems. In the last nine months alone, nine leads have either left the company or moved out of the project, which says a lot about the unsustainable and toxic environment created here. Overall, this team suffers from serious management and cultural issues that urgently need to be addressed for the wellbeing and productivity of its employees. Moreover there is no such knowledge growth. They delay in processing the salaries also. #Choose your employer wisely

Dear Triconite, We completely disagree with the statements made in this review. It appears that this feedback is based on a limited personal experience rather than an accurate understanding of our overall culture and processes. Tricon takes great pride in maintaining a transparent, collaborative, and respectful culture. We have zero tolerance for unhealthy workplace behavior or “toxic” practices, and any concerns raised through formal channels are promptly addressed through our structured HR and leadership frameworks. It’s unfortunate that you have chosen to generalize isolated experiences into blanket assumptions about the company. We would also like to clarify that Tricon follows a well-defined structure across all projects, and deliverables are tracked through transparent review mechanisms. Allegations of “toxic culture” and “poor leadership” are unsubstantiated and inconsistent with the experiences of the vast majority of our employees. We have strong systems in place to ensure alignment, collaboration, and fair conflict resolution. Leadership transitions, if any, are part of the normal course of project realignments and do not indicate instability or mismanagement. These claims are factually incorrect and exaggerated. As for salary processing, we follow a structured payroll cycle, and salaries are processed on time each month. Any delay, if it occurs, is due to policy-linked requirements that are clearly communicated to employees in advance. Tricon invests heavily in continuous learning, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities. If you were unaware of these opportunities, it only highlights a lack of engagement on your part, not a gap in company offerings. We encourage employees to take full advantage of the resources available rather than making sweeping statements about the lack of growth. Lastly, we advise the reviewer to share specific, constructive feedback through internal channels rather than making vague, generalized accusations. Best Regards, People Operations Team
