Pros
Absolutely nothing... Read the cons and you would know.
Cons
1. The infrastructure is too old. The location of the office is very close to Byculla station and in a very old Residency complex. It looks like the building could collapse at any moment. No proper utilities. The workplace stinks always. There are mice and cockroaches all around the place. 2. Managers have no respect whatsoever towards their employees. The managers are the ones that are very fortunate to be here as they do not get job outside and are not skilled at all. 3. The HODs of every department just come to office to do timepass. No initiative is taken. At times an employee is not even heard. 4. The HR is useless. No action will be taken ever. They just come to office and either play games or talk on the phone not doing office work. 5. It is a nightmare for freshers. The Payout is very low. For Freshers, the payout is given in cash. I Remember for the first one year I was given in cash and that too 10 Rs. notes. Felt like a labor getting paid daily wages. 6. The Project Management team are the most unskilled. Everyday there is an urgent delivery. That simply means that there is a resource crunch and nothing is done about it. If any Project Manager is hired, he/she leaves the company immediately as they know that nothing can be done about it as no one will listen to them. Talented ones are said that they do not deserve to be Project Managers just because they don't do Donkey Work. 7. The Higher Management is just sitting to earn money through bad ways. They have so many side businesses. 8. The annual outing was cancelled last year as in the Annual function that was held the same year costed a lot. Are you kidding me... this was the most lame excuse ever to save some money.
