Pros
No pros..can't find any except the location which is walk-able from byculla station and great food in nearby restaurants.
Cons
Too many..
Employees are treated like animals and there is no use of complaining to HR because they are busy playing candy crush or sleeping(all day).
working hours are not fixed will have to work for more than 20hrs and you'll just get an appreciation mail or a call at 8 p.m. or even at 11:30 p.m. to get back to office.
The higher level employees are two faced.
Nothing new to learn.
No proper management, in fact there is no management at all. Senior managers does not possess a single management skill, they are hardcore torture. They will simply ignore your leave mail or appraisal mails.
this company is a nightmare for freshers. They hire freshers for a very low salary and then wont give a proper salary hike. They will only care for an employee if there is a need for any project or they will make you leave.
please do not do not join this company even if it is the only company on earth.
