      It is what you make it to be, self-motivated people will strive while others that require a more regimented work atmosphere may struggle.

      Great community of people, work ethic is extremely strong.

      Slightly outdated construction practices in some instances, but probably gotten much better since my time.

      Pros

      We have plenty of work in the area. Very well respected in the Charleston area. Been in business for 30 yrs.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than our competitors.There doesn't seem to be a very good opportunity to move up in the company since it is privately owned.
