Pros
nothing that comes to mind at the moment
Cons
Some companies fail because of market conditions. Others fail because of bad luck. This place fails because ignorance has been elevated to leadership and sincerity has been replaced by performance. What I witnessed was not a professional security organization, but a theater production where appearances mattered more than competence. Decisions were made by people who seemed more concerned with protecting their status than protecting the mission. Expertise was often ignored, while confidence without knowledge was rewarded. The culture felt eerily similar to Animal Farm, a place where the slogans sounded noble, but the reality beneath them told a different story. Principles were preached loudly, yet applied selectively. Accountability flowed downward, never upward. Those closest to the work carried the burden, while those at the top remained insulated from the consequences of their decisions.
