Pros
Everyone is open to communicate to solve problems and create smooth processes. Overall, it is a very positive work environment. I especially appreciate the attention of individuals and departments (at various levels) to adhere to processes - it makes any transitions from one support to another easier to learn and adapt to.
Cons
There is some pride in being a small company doing big things and growing, but it creates a blurred line between upholding a "professional atmosphere" and at times too-casual interaction - at an inter-office level, as well as on-site.
