Collaborative and Family-Oriented Atmosphere - Anonymous employee Trident Utilities Employee Review

The company is very commercial focused but in a very friendly and inclusive way. It is genuinely a great team that is client focused, and it is eveident that the staff genuinely care for each other's wellbeing. I also feel that the business listens to every individual with all members of staff being very approachable.

There are none that I can think of, and unlike the last review I like the sweets and Pizza :)

Really welcoming and down to earth culture with a great balance of work hard, play hard. People are focused and motivated, and everyone seems to be working toward the same goals, but the atmosphere is still relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable - it’s not all heads down all the time. The open plan office helps too. The Managing Director and senior team sit with everyone else, which makes them approachable and genuinely part of the team. Leadership is open and welcomes new ideas or different ways of doing things, which you don’t always see elsewhere. There’s also a strong work-life balance, with no pressure to overwork or sacrifice family time.

Parking next to the office building is limited, as this is assigned based on length of service. Available parking is communicated each morning but isn't always available, especially if you arrive later in the day. That being said, there is free overflow parking a short walk away so it's manageable.
