Limited onsite opportunities – Most of the work is offshore, which may limit international exposure. Client-dependent learning – Your growth can sometimes depend on the type of project/client you’re assigned to. Salary increments – Appraisals and hikes could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Work-life balance – While generally manageable, it may vary depending on project deadlines and client timezone.
