-Our small staff of five employees allowed us to become a very tight-knit group and allowed open communication and cooperation. -Working at our many events was almost like attending them. I got to meet great new people and try whole new experiences. -As an intern, the wide variety of duties I was given gave me great experience in multitasking.

-Setting up for events was always physically grueling and involved a great deal of manual labor. -Traveling on weekends and long hours tended to interfere with my personal life. -The manager was a great man, but very unpredictable. He tended to have mood swings or act irrationally towards employees when he was put in a stressful situation.

This job pushes you to figure things out for yourself. I was definitely exposed to event planning and learned a lot about what goes into this career. The boss is extremely generous and it's a small company. As an intern I enjoyed my time there definitely rewarding but requires hard work.
