8yWe're sorry to hear that this person had such a bad experience. We can't be a fit for everyone. To reply to some of these comments, yes we are a flat organization, which many people like about our company. We have a history of promoting from within and give people a path to thrive. In fact we've had 4 people start at the coordinator level that were promoted to new positions, including 1 who is now a department leader over a staff of 5. These promotions happen throughout the organization, despite being a smaller company. Regarding PTO accrual, we have revised this policy as of Q1 2018 and PTO accrual now starts on employee's start date. The 10 days mentioned are just vacation days and do not account for sick days and other holidays that we observe, such as special considerations the week between Christmas and New Years Day. Those 10 days increase to 15 in 3 years. Regarding overtime, this is an area we are always striving to improve. We have actions we take to help alleviate and offset the overtime that this employee may not be aware of.
