The employees are some very talented and kind people.
Cons
The CEO, Cassidy Phillips, creates the most toxic work environment I have ever been witness to. Cassidy's long list of ineptitudes is capped off by his third to fifth grade reading level (I'm 100% serious). Cassidy seems to think that his remedial education is superior to his employees', many of whom have graduate degrees. He micro manages projects about which he has no expertise. The fact is that Cassidy's family made a ton of money in the oil business. His family threw money into trigger point until a critical mass was achieved. Cassidy is just an insecure bully who earned the title of CEO and founder because his family has money. Nowhere in his basic mind does greatness, achievement, or exceptionalism exist. A third grader could achieve the same as Cassidy did, if provided the same opportunity. Don't waste your time working for this clown of a CEO. He's a total joke.
