      Solid Education provided, Fair Housing Classes offered, Offers leasing bonus.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement, Minimal support from Corporate Office. Constantly changing policies, no consistency. Unhappy residents. Most Regional Managers and Property managers are related beware. Salary is at the lower end of the spectrum compared to other management companies. No benefits.

      Pros

      Trilar Management is a small management company that is very accommodating to your schedule. The flexibility is great, with only providing a work load you can handle.

      Cons

      Since the company is so small you are not met with obstacles to help push you and circumstances to challenge you in your career. This for me is personally difficult because it does not show much growth potential in the company.
