I worked at TT for about a year and never have I worked in a more toxic environment. This is the type of place where they fire people on the spot and escort you out of the building like a criminal. Business decisions were made last minute without any strategy or resources to execute on projects. And hey I get it, this is Web3, fail fast right? The problem was in the lack of accountability from leadership in their own decision making and when something blew up it was always someone else's fault. It’s not only employees that were mistreated. If you really want to know what it’s like to work in the Tezos ecosystem, dig deeper and look beyond the jazzy office and free lunch. Speak to some of the builders in the ecosystem about their experiences. Look into what happened to TQ Tezos, TZ Connect, Tezos Ukraine, Tezos Israel, and on and on. Culture starts from the top. Is it coincidence or is there a common thread?
