Pros
Fully remote option, interesting space, challenging work, ok pay, fast pace, (you won't get bored here!), interesting and smart people whomever you talk to. I have met a couple of excellent engineers here.
Cons
Awful legacy code. Immature remote culture. Knowledge silos. Top management is ADHD. No comprehendable roadmap. Lack of leadership. Big turnover. Company all hands are demoralizing. Content on platform is subpar. All tech teams are understaffed and workload is heavy.
